If you read Utusan, theStar or even NST, or watched TV3, you might thought yesterday rally was filled with violence. Let me tell you, there was violence, but from the police side. The following images says it all on what happened in Batu Cave early in the morning on 25th Nov. Credit to JeffOoi.com for the pictures.

All the protesters were surrounded, and was pushed into the temple compound

Temple compound was closed down. With all the protesters in it. Prisoners, in temple.

They started to shoot, with the protesters locked in it. This is what IGP Musa did not tell you. This is what mainstream media hide from you.
All in all there are 23-pictures, read JeffOoi’s Screenshots for the full details. Comments disabled here. Go to BMAHENDRAN
The Utusan reported like this :
KUALA LUMPUR 25 Nov.
Okay fine, I can accept that. It MIGHT have happened. Okay fine. But you see, the stone throwing was at Batu Cave, not KLCC. So lets not confuse people.

Dicetuskan siapa? It was obvious that the peaceful gathering was provoked by the intimidating forces by police. Who shot tear gas at elderly woman? But at the same time, yes, a small group did cause injury to the policeman. Its bad, true. But how about the injuries caused by police to the protesters? A youth was sitting at the Pulapol for hours before given medical attention, he had a broken arm.
See, tear gas. How many rounds? I don’t know. Was it necessary? No. And by the way, the ‘perintah mahkamah’ said HINDRAF supporters can’t be within few metres radious from the British Embassy. KLCC is certainly not in that vicinity stated.
Expected, purposely used this to provoke anger from the public, so that they would hate any public rallies in future.
Who to blame? Police or the rally protesters? And by the way, ITS A SUNDAY ! most of the shops there are closed by the way, normal stalls and restaurants are open as usual.
[...]
‘‘Para peserta perhimpunan haram hari ini seolah-olah tiada haluan dan berpecah belah, sekali gus menunjukkan seolah-olah mereka tiada ketua,’’ katanya.
Berpecah due to the roadblocks and police actions. Sigh. Oh, they did send the memo? Thanks, I dint know that.
National mainstream media versus the international media. Hmmm. Comments are not allowed for this post. You racist guys out there for sure wanna flame and land me into trouble. So there…no comments! And see, because of that small portion of people who acted out of manner, the whole rally gets bad name.
